@OfficialIGNOU I have been following up on my pending study material for the past 8 months but no reply from anyone. Attached screenshot of follow-ups for your reference.

Very disappointing that nobody cares to reply.

I have done numerous follow-ups with IGNOU (33 emails) about the study material that I didn't receive and now exams are in progress. I am referring to the payment I made in January 2021 for the study material. Now, no reply too for the emails I sent.
