Anton stayed half-buried in the sheets of Taesanβs bed, the unfamiliar quiet of the BOYNEXTDOOR dorm wrapping around him like another blanket.
He shifted again, cheek pressed against the pillow that smelled unmistakably like Taesan. His body was still heavy from the waterbomb scheduleβ muscles loose, skin faintly sticky even after the earlier shower, clothes clinging in places that made him restless. The dampness at the back of his neck and along his lower back kept reminding him how long the day had been. Yet every time his eyes started to close properly, the thought of Taesan walking through that door pulled him back up.
Anton let out a slow breath and stared at the ceiling for a moment. The soft yellow light from the desk lamp stretched across the room, catching the edge of Taesanβs jacket hanging on the chair, the half-empty water bottle on the nightstand, the small pile of clothes near the closet. Everything here belonged to someone else, someone from a different group, and somehow that made the fact that Anton was currently curled up in his bed feel even more intimate. He wasnβt supposed to be here this easily. Their schedules rarely lined up like this. But today they had, and Anton had come straight over the moment he was free, still carrying the leftover exhaustion of the outdoor stage and the endless water.
