@C_Q_C_spesh on 11th May I did a 14 hour shift and then did a 12 hour shift the next day with only 10 hours off. On both of these days also did not have a break!

@C_Q_C_spesh It's not quite the story... These are the facts as per the court documents (bundle). On 11 occasions I worked for 12 hours and I did not have a break. on 13th June I worked 16.75 hours and only had 7.25 hours of rest to then do a 12 hour shift the next day.

On Wednesday 15th May 2019 I won my Employment Tribunal with regards to Breaches of the Working Time Regulations: 10 (daily rest) and 12 (rest breaks).

On Wednesday my #EmploymentTribunal was adjourned due to listing errors and needing more time to be dealt with.

This is a positive step as we will now have a full day to address my issues.
