Yesterday, I participated in the launch of the Competence based education and training programme @kyambogou . The commissioner in charge of higher education represented the Minister of State for higher education. The programme aims to train staff to align the curricula into the CBET format for approval by NCHE before the 2027/28 intake.

Today 3rd March, I received a delegation from the American embassy to discuss further collaboration between Kyambogo’s University and a number of American institutions of higher learning. We focused mainly on the English Language Fellow, Ms Natalie hosted by kyambogo university and Full bright fellowship program. We agreed to explore more areas of future engagement.
