@muhdrajaei@meinmokhtar Anon tu da berenti keja. Aku masih keje lol. Cuba try kerja lebih 60jam seminggu di unit kecemasan hosp kerajaan…tgk ble tahan x physical & mental tu. Even kencing pun x sempat. Makan lagilah, balik rumah baru dpt makan. It’s a nonstop work with continuous critical thinking
@pwnshell@meinmokhtar Pesakit semakin ramai, doktor semakin kurang. Saya dah kerja kkm lebih 10 tahun, dulu saya seorang ble jaga unit kecemasan sbb pesakit x smpai 10 org per day. Sekarang kat kecemasan pesakit lebih 100 per day. Doktor pulak x bertambah.
@muhdrajaei@meinmokhtar It’s not about mental health only, physical health of our doctors were also compromised. my working hours in Emergency department average 60h per week and i’m burnt out physically. And i’m millennials so my physical health is my priority right now. Thinking of quitting kkm too
@kamaghul Alu kerja kat hospital emergency. Ble kata setiap minggu mesti ada at least satu kes keracunan vape ni and dorg jadi aggressive. Esp yg jenis mushroom. Yg kena semua budak2 sekolah. Seriously vape shoud be banned, dia lagi bahaya dari syabu/amphetamine.
@Syazidyy@mynewshub I’m a doctor, recording is not a mandatory. I rarely ask for any recording. The description already enough. A ctbrain warranted if the child fulfill the Pecarn score criteria for CT. And in this situation, safety yg the most important. Recording while driving is fckin stupid
