@pwnshell @meinmokhtar Pesakit semakin ramai, doktor semakin kurang. Saya dah kerja kkm lebih 10 tahun, dulu saya seorang ble jaga unit kecemasan sbb pesakit x smpai 10 org per day. Sekarang kat kecemasan pesakit lebih 100 per day. Doktor pulak x bertambah.

@muhdrajaei @meinmokhtar It’s not about mental health only, physical health of our doctors were also compromised. my working hours in Emergency department average 60h per week and i’m burnt out physically. And i’m millennials so my physical health is my priority right now. Thinking of quitting kkm too
