I tried booking for Fantastic4 by App,for nexus shantiniketan bengaluru Saturday 26th July 2:40pm and payment completed. but can't see any booking in history. I want my preferred seat booked. Need resolution asap. My money is blocked for 4 days.

While I was booking Fantastic 4 ticket by Cinepolis app, my payment completed but booking did not happen. So the money is deducted but no booking. Reached out to your support and grievance team multiple times for refund. No response

There was no wait time. he asked us the amount showing and location, then he said he needs to cancel as he has to go to the airport. we did not ask him to cancel. why am I charged cancellation fees.
