On this #MemorialDay, TAPS families are honoring their loved ones at @ArlingtonNatl this morning during the annual remembrance ceremony. Following the ceremony, two TAPS Kids and their military mentors will lay a very special wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. #honorthem

On 5/7, survivors from TAPS walked in honor of their loved ones from the Lincoln Memorial, through @ArlingtonNatl, to the @usairforce Memorial & then to Alexandria Natl. Cemetery w/@CarryTheLoad. We shared our loved ones names, their stories & supported each other along the way.

. @CarryTheLoad's Memorial May campaign raises awareness and provides active ways to connect Americans to the sacrifices made by the military, veterans, first responders, and their families. A part of Memorial May is the National Relay which travels 20,000 miles, covering all continental 48 states. The East Coast route made a stop in Washington, DC and @ArlingtonNatl.

.@USArmy Sgt. First Class Dana Bowman (Ret.) jumped with the TAPS parachute team at the Land of the Free Golf Tournament in City of Industry, CA! The first double amputee to re-enlist in the Army, Dana now uses his story to inspire others. Thank you Dana for supporting TAPS! 🪂🇺🇸
