@united Despite never leaving the airport for 9 hours and having the flight canceled @united cannot get our luggage to go home for the night. There are not enough staff to pull the luggage. @united is saying we have to get it tomorrow but cannot tell us how to get it tomorrow

@united my husband & I were all set since Thursday to go on our honeymoon in Spain. 2 days & 2 canceled flights due to mechanical/staffing issues. United is ruining our honeymoon.
