Maybe their best was just getting to one of these meets on limited talent. The sport's obsession with the elite of the elite is getting to be a drag.

@karagoucher @des_linden This is the equivalent of TEN consecutive sub 18 5Ks. The ability to run ONE sub 18 5K will get a girl a nice scholarship at pretty much any college in America. Simply amazing!

@BillKhan @CardsFromAttic Here's my issue: If I have a complete 1975 Topps set and I want to send a team set to each of my friends in the (in 1975) 24 MLB cities for Christmas, I don't want to have to buy more cards to do it, cuz I have the complete set!😀

@BillKhan @CardsFromAttic You and I disagree on this one Bill. For me, team sets are defined by the checklist on the back of the team cards (in the mid-70s to early 80s at least). I reluctantly include the "rookie cards" that show 3-4 players, all from different teams. But I know many that agree with you!
