Braves lost a heart breaker last night in 10. But we look to bounce back tonight with Chris Sale on the mound. We haven’t been giving him a lot of run support we need that tk change tonight!!!

Olson did go deep twice last night though, so @et3ontop and I knocked out our 2 miles today.

Braves broke out the brooms against the Pirates yesterday! 🧹 🧹 🧹 thanks to a bases loaded double from Michael Harris that played 3 runs! But no homeruns so @et3ontop and I got to relax with an easy leg day followed by some throwing @mounttrashmore

Now we kick back and watch some NBA Finals!

Ran 1 mile for big Dom Smith’s home run yesterday. Then topped that off with a solid shoulder workout. Braves finished off the sweep today as we continue to roll. So far, June‘s looking good!!!

last night was Lou Gehrig day and so it was only fitting that Matt Olson, the league’s current Iron Man, hit a bomb! So we owe 1 mile today and we knocked it out. Can we grab some food made our way back to the hotel to watch the game tonight. let’s go bravos!!!

Running 101: I’m your professor and we’ve ran over 100 miles so far this season!

Another 2 miles down today. Yesterday we went out to play some baseball and get some active cardio in. It was a lot of fun but we got ran off so the little league games could get under way. So since we had the day off I just pushed the 2 miles to today and called yesterday a baseball bonus.

Day 53 #RunForTheA

Braves had a little bit of a letdown yesterday dropping the last game of the series to the Reds. It’s all good though because we still won the series. Ronald let off the game with ANOTHER home run! Then Jorge Mateo hit one of his own as well!

That means we owe two more miles, and today we went to the baseball field to get those in while also playing catch and running around on the baseball field. We however did get ran off eventually because the Little League that uses that field had a game tonight. While we did still rack up 1 mile worth of activity, we’re just not gonna count anything and we’ll do 2 miles tomorrow. Since we’re off today, it all works out perfectly. I’ll add today into the bonus section.

Brought my nephew @et3ontop out with me to celebrate the Bravos going YARD 4 times last night. Including 2 from ACUNA! We crushed our 4 mile runs, I got the first 3 miles in under 30 so that was a huge milestone for me! My nephew got his in 28 flat.
