I was told I would have a resolution in an hour after talking to support on the phone, now I'm getting radio silence. It's been the most traumatic holiday experience I have ever gone through. @Airbnb

I've had a first booking from hell with @Airbnb the place was absolutely filthy and not suitable for a stay at all and we had to leave, scammed (apparently 4.7 star rating with questionable reviews)

Now I'm having to talk about it on here as support are yet to update me for days

@MSC_Cruises_UK life on the #virtuosa has ruined my experience of cruising. The ship can't handle the capacity. 90 minutes que for breakfast and lunch. Room service doesn't turn up. Covid 19 outbreak on board, 8th deck being used as quarantine. How safe is this really? Terrible

Not loving that it took half the day to download chrome because windows 10s is a mode that doesn't allow you to download apps not from the Microsoft store - The fix upgrade to pro
