#lockdown #personaltrainer If you can only exercise outside once per day and only meet 1 other household. Can a personal trainer still hold numerous 1 to 1 sessions per day with different household people? @BBCNews @stocktoncouncil @MbroCouncil @Tees_Issues

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@runningpaul @janewistow3463 @burnroadharrier Haha thanks for your suggestion!

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@janewistow3463 @burnroadharrier It depends on pre race agreements. Timing, road closures, shirt supplier (latest time to cancel order).

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@janewistow3463 @burnroadharrier So it’s £4? I enter that many races, I lose count of race entry costs.
It does sound quite an excessive amount of costs though.

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@janewistow3463 @burnroadharrier You have highlighted it attracts 500 runners. I have only been offered £10 refund. So is it £5 retained?

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@burnroadharrier Difficult to understand why a full refund is not offered. This is the decision of the club at the moment. Why has such a large amount been retained? 500 runners x £5 !

Who is happy with the introduction of a running festival in September? This will link the 5k & 10k plus the fun run to one specific weekend.
It seems to be happening more now across the country.

[Clare Moffatt 💙 @clare_moffatt]

@RunMbro @Scarborough_AC Brilliant, brilliant race. So friendly and welcoming. Fantastic support all along the route, even in that rain ☔

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

Who ran the Scarborough 10k yesterday and how was the day? @Scarborough_AC

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

What a great day at Redcar running festival @RedcarHalf yesterday. The weather certainly didn’t dampen the atmosphere. Excellent goody bag and shirt. Big thank you to all the volunteers and organisers. See you next year.

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@Jennyocallaghan Unfortunately Middlesbrough Co or everyone active are not involved in the organising now. It’s now Run for all.

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

Busy times ahead.
Sept 1st Middlesbrough runforall 10k.
Sept 8th Great North Run.
Sept 29th Redcar running festival.
Who’s in?

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

@Jennyocallaghan @runforall It was a new route today, so difficult for spectators to get around. Plus most people head inside to stadium to see everyone finish.

[runmiddlesbrough @RunMbro]

Who enjoyed today’s new 5k route for the @runforall Ali Brownlee 5k? Did you miss the hills at the end?

[David Ainsley @AinsleyDavid]

Best 5k time since shoulder surgery in January. 18:57. Onwards and upwards. #5kRiversideRun #runforall
