i think a lot of gay people spent so much time learning how to hide parts of themselves that being fully known can feel just as scary as being rejected.
nobody talks about how attractive it is when someone is easy to be around. not exciting. not mysterious. not hard to get. just easy. you don't have to rehearse conversations, decode texts, or wonder where you stand. being comfortable is underrated.
So I’ve just started seeing someone and he’s my first gay boyfriend 😊 I’m still learning the right words to use in a relationship like this do people usually say “boyfriend,” “partner,” “husband,” or something else? 👀 Just want to get it right and not sound weird.
