Confession: I could run out-and-back routes every single day. I love routine and the simplicity allows my mind to run, which feels a world away from being monotonous.
Molly works with the best, yet is still bravely sharing her struggle. These issues are pervasive, powerful, and persistent. As a coach and athlete, the impact of body image and our food relationship simply cannot be overstated. We MUST be talking to our athletes about this.
I have been struggling the last few days going on runs in broad daylight with anxiety and fear that I’ve never experienced in the 20+ years I’ve been running. I flinched at a tree yesterday. I hope everyone who is feeling and grieving has support. Sending strength to runners.❤️
I have so much to tell you.

Our women’s 1/2 marathon and marathon records are now held by a 38 yr old and 37 yr old, respectively.

“I’m so tired. Please have a beer for me.” -@ByGollyMolly12 to her family after getting bronze at the Olympics like the bad ass we all knew she was. 🇺🇸 🥉 #TokyoOlympics
Really feel like we should be more excited about the heptathlon and decathlon. Two competitions that determine who is the best all around athlete 👀 Just incredible. #TokyoOlympics2020
“Maybe let Joe Kovacs know the next time a boat gets stuck in the Suez Canal.” -@TheRealMerb
