Tomorrow, these 10 teams will represent the Philippines on the final and biggest stage of the Stellar APAC Hackathon Grand Finale. Here's a look at what they've built:

@stellarcelerity: A programmable disaster-disbursement rail on Stellar. When a verified typhoon signal fires, funds are released automatically to pre-registered farmers and cashed out to PHP, with every movement logged on-chain.
@supportpijin: Universal Web3 liquidity powered by cellular networks, bringing digital payments to rural and underserved areas that rely on basic cell towers instead of stable internet.
@paytrexure: A private treasury for Stellar payments, reconciled to fiat. It shields payments on-chain and emits one clean, accounting-ready receipt for a single payout or a full payroll run.
@RunVeloDev: Infrastructure to build and operate Stellar apps without stitching the surrounding tooling together, connecting the workflows to build, verify, observe, pay, and settle.
@OrizonAgents402: A decentralized orchestration layer where AI agents autonomously hire, pay, and verify each other to execute complex work.
@UseSobre: A shared family wallet for overseas workers. Every deposit splits into the envelopes the household agreed on, the moment it arrives.
@paiflow_xyz: A no-code Stellar surface that turns programmable payments into a drag-and-drop primitive. Sketch a flow on a whiteboard, ship it as a non-custodial Soroban contract in under 90 seconds.
@pundarapp: An all-in-one decentralized financial platform on Stellar and Soroban that turns everyday spending into savings, investments, and a verifiable financial reputation.
@palengkepay: Digital payments para sa palengke. Scan, pay, done, powered by Stellar. No merchant fees, no waiting times, no headaches.
@PH_Pacta: A non-custodial Stellar wallet to hold, send, receive, and convert without giving up your keys. When a payment needs to be safe, send it as a Pact: staged, bond-backed, and provable on-chain.
