I ask this because I had to reach out to you twice (September & May) for display replacement after installing the update. I don't want do it for the 3rd time. Is the QE done properly?

@SamsungMobile, @Apple if you are selling a smartphone worth greater than 100K INR or 1000USD, then it should at least come with a 2-3 years warranty Out of the box. Your flagships doesn't justify the price tag and reliability that should come with it.

I got the display replaced on my S22 Ultra on 16th May, 23 and just after 3 months of usage, the silver lining on display is back, as soon as I switch to adaptive motion rate. Is your manufacturing so pathetic, should customers stop relying? #S22Ultra

Hi Samsung Team,
I own a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra since April 20, 2022. After the update on April 18, 2023 I am getting this bright bar on top of my screen. This bright bar goes away if I switch to power saver mode or set the Motion Smoothness to standard.#s22ultra

I am having a pathetic experience of flight modification service on your AirAsia portal.

First it takes around 45-60 min for booking to confirm after payment.
Second, Chat to an Agent via a chatbot to modify the flight.
I am waiting for an agent from 25 mins.

@SamsungIndia Here is a quick update on the issue, had to replace the display for which I was asked to pay around 819 INR and an additional 2300 INR for the battery, making a total of 3300 INR.

Fix this issue, otherwise it reflects bad for a brand that owns 27% of the smartphone market share and forcing it's premium customer base to either shell 22K for fixing display or upgrade to a new device.
