@TeamKnowhowUK I've been trying to contact you about an order that I want to return since 14 April. You don't answer your phones. Your auto-response to the 5 e-mails I have sent say you will respond within 5 days - yet not a single e-mail has been responded to. Pretty feeble.
No wonder @amazon is ruling the world. The only time I ever had a problem with an order with amazon: instant refund. @otterbox 's response would be laughable if they hadn't diddled me out of £30!
@otterbox#otterboxshambles so, US customer services have referred to back to EMEA customer services who will now respond to me - wait for it - within 5 to 10 working days! This, for an incident first reported on 7th August!!
The @otterbox shambles continues. I received an e-mail response to my complaint asking me (based in the UK) to call a US phone number. I call them, wait for 15 minutes and am told that I need to contact the EMEA customer services team.
Cannot remember the last time I had such poor service from an online store @Otterbox. We are only talking about £30 purchase but hiding behind online forms and an un-serviced e- mail address is very poor.
Please sort out customer service, @Otterbox. Incident: 24971295 still unresolved five weeks later, and no response to e-mails sent to [email protected]. Why is there no phone number to allow direct calls to sort out problems?
V poor customer service from @otterbox . Ordered two USB-C cables on 25 Jul. Arrived 5 August, but only one in damaged package. Immediately reported it but, here we are 14 Sep, and cannot get response from Customer service. No way to speak to them directly, as won't respond.

@greateranglia Have you looked at the page? 1) there is no customer service e-mail: only a sales e-mail; 2) there is no mention of lost property service or the relationship with GA; and 3) when I have tried ringing the number it just rings off. I will try again on Monday and revert.
