Why this is not yet picked promptly?
I'm a prime user but service feels pathetic.

After the taste I checked date and it's expired.
No way to reach to customer care from app.
What should I do now?

@flipkartsupport why there is no way to reach out to you?? Why can't I raise a complaint?? Why you have sluggish automated help center with predefined options in your platform??
