I had ordered clothes (some 12-15 items) from https://t.co/LUkycIRK1K on 18th Nov for our upcoming trip in December. Few items (around 8-10) were delivered on 21st Nov in one big bag. We were out of town for a function and our family members collected the parcel.

@bewakoof Bewakoof is the only brand which has this policy. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have ordered anything from you guys. Anyways, better late than never.

@bewakoof This is exactly what I am saying, you don't have a fix delivery date for the products, what if someone is not available at home to check whether all the products are delivered or not. You don't deliver products in different bags but in 1 big bag.

Really disappointed with the service, never again ordering from such fraudsters ever again. Sharing this so that people are aware and don't get duped like myself. Deleting the bewakoof account for good.

I said if u have a 3 day return policy that's fine but in such missing items cases there should be at least 7-14 days time. I suggested at least connecting with the delivery person to check whether he had mistakenly delivered to another address but they said they can't help.

@tata_neu Hi , I have been requesting ur customer service for a callback since morning but all I am getting is we have raised a request, you will receive a callback soon. Within 1 hr, half hr etc etc.Still I haven't received any callback. Very very poor service. Pls look into it.
