In March, we clocked 150 exhilarating days of CHUTNEY being out in the world. As first-time self-publishers Shekhar (my partner in life's most delicious crimes) and I did everything ourselves to understand the publishing journey. It grew into a family affair ❤️ full of memories!
@krishashok@beastoftraal Although, for me, the challenge is finding diabetic friendly foods. It's very difficult in both cases. I've taken to packing dabbas and snack packs. Hidden sugar and calories are rampant, unfortunately.
Yesterday was a day defined by enuii. By dinnertime I'd reached a point where only using my hands to create something - cooking usually, would rescue me. Ended up smashing out a tomato kuchla inspired by @kishiarora post on how a simple smoky tomato chutney can enliven a meal. 😋
