🧳 @AmericanAir have had my three suitcases for 29 days.

After 30, they give it away to be auctioned.

Despite daily calls and emails to AA delayed bag agents and a dedicated central baggage case officer, there's been no resolution.

So I've taken matters into my own hands...

Thankfully there's another flight.

After paying more for a 2hr 40 domestic flight than my international one, we start boarding around 3:45pm.

We're all sat and then told we're delayed because "the catering truck has broken down behind the plane"...

There have been 18(!) @AmericanAir flights from @CLTAirport to LHR since my bags weren't loaded on my flight last week.

I've made daily pleas to have my bags sent to me.

I've just been told that instead of putting them on a flight to me, they've been put on a flight to Dallas.

There's been no explanation, no accountability, and no real effort to resolve this case.

I have never experienced this level of incompetent customer service.

There have been six flights from CLT to London since we reported our missing bags and we've heard nothing.
