Have also had DLA/PiP for same period without ever having a face to face or phone interview. The only actual face to face interaction I’ve ever had relating to benefits was for council tax reduction.

Broughton Castle always looks great from the air. A moated and fortified manor house near Banbury. Dates from the mid 1500's. Roundhead stronghold besieged and damaged after the battle of Edgehill in 1642.

@gazza_d Just need to find an actual disabled cyclist to complain and they’ll be removed within a couple of weeks, if I was closer it do it myself.

@theGlimmerTwin @gazza_d It they don’t comply with LTN1/20 pretty much any disabled cyclist complaining about them will result in them being changed or the responsible council losing the potential subsequent legal case under the disability act

@lan3y @Wheels4Well @Tradescant @gazza_d @NationalHways Equality act actions are taken in the small claims court, as such don’t establish legal precedence and don’t even force the defendant to change anything - in just about every case I’ve ever heard of with a disabled person making a complaint the barriers are changed fairly quickly
