@SageSure can’t process their regular policy payments from my mortgage company on time so I had to make a double payment, this time out of pocket to keep my insurance. Terrible customer service.

@AmericanAir you just delayed the first leg of my flight, making me miss my connection . There’s an earlier flight but you have a 2 hour hold time. If I wait that long I’ll miss the earlier flight. What do I do!?
