The state shouldn’t be criminalizing speech. The state cannot decide how people choose to criticize the government. Some may choose decorous language, while others may not. That doesn’t make their speech criminal.

The message from the President must be clear: we are not criminalizing speech.

The arrests and intimidation of people over speech must stop!
