@XboxSupport my cousin bought the Rust Deluxe PreOrder and even played the PreOrder beta that came along. But now it’s saying he doesn’t own the game. What should he do?

When I click a link to go to the new @playrustconsole update website, it won’t go. It just takes me to an error page. Does anyone have a solution to this?
