@AmazonHelp Unfortunately this is the second attempt in ordering the item with the same outcome. If there was an option to choose delivering the item in a box I would choose it but there is no option. I don’t want to reorder to receive another damaged item.

@AmazonUK I more then encourage you in reducing your packaging BUT when you send a delicate item, that is not cheap, in only a bag with no protection or padding. I am not surprised it arrives damaged. It makes me reluctant purchasing such items from you. How can this change?
