Forgive my tears…this one was tough. Thank you to every Warlock + Guardian who kept this legendary game alive for these past wonderful years. It has been an honor and privilege to have taken this journey with you. See you starside… 💙

The destiny community is so obnoxious running around talking about how much they want D3 nonstop”
I hear ya, we’ll make y’all a deal. Announce D3 and we’ll all shut the fuck up 😄
@StretfordPaddck I read about his daughter yesterday, the lad's been having a tough time. He's been and continues to be a solid member of the squad. 7/10. I'd give him 8 if he stopped taking shots and sending the ball into row Z 😂
At its best, content was a machine to create memories and friendships. No new content stings.
This pain is about losing a place where so many memories were made. It stings not because of what it was, but the realization of what it won't be.
There is no war but class war.
Pete Parsons would be thrilled that all of you are blaming each other instead of focusing on him and his generational mismanagement.
Marathon didn’t kill Destiny. The community didn’t kill Destiny. Management did.
I've seen (& signed) the petition going around. But I think the much more powerful response if you're hoping for some kind of future for the franchise is:
Log on the week of June 9th.
Dont' get me wrong, Sony execs aren't gonna fall to their knees in tears and insta-green-light D3 or anything. But seeing SO many players out there logging on to give one last hurrah to the franchise that meant so much to them - it'll speak volumes in its own way.
At the very least, we'll have one more window of fun enjoying the last batch of new content in a game that meant so much to us. At best, it'll show how passionate the community still is, and just how badly so many of us want SOME kind of future for this franchise, no matter how long it might take to build.
I'll see you out there in June. It's gonna be one hell of a ride.
@StretfordPaddck@MrStephenHowson Our problem has always been that we want Fergie rebor, but it's almost an impossible task. I think he'd be good for us, deliver a league? Maybe if he's backed. If we target the right players for the right positions. Start promoting the promising kids, get them some game time.
