@asda order due for delivery last night between 6 and 8. Didn't turn up. Rang customer services, was told someone would call to arrange delivery this morning. No one rang, so called again. Was told it would be delivered between 1430 and 1500. It's not here. Will it come?

@chilternrailway 1837 from myb - platform was taken off the boards more than 2 minutes before departure, so I missed it. Could have easily made it. Guard said it was overcrowded, but there was still standing room (I saw it leave). Please can you have consistent rules?
