@RobHendersonPH@Cernovich Values or just political pressure? It doesn’t matter. IRG isn’t worried about the safety of their citizens over the survival of the regime. The US is juggling far more concerns. It’s a big problem.
@RobHendersonPH@Cernovich Trump doesn’t seem to understand they don’t care. IRG is happy to engage in this back and forth. They know GCC and US don’t have stomach to incur extended oil and water infrastructure damage. They know Trump doesn’t want to inflict damage on Iranian ppl. None of this bothers IRG.
@Nothingbrain4@zerohedge “Destroying” bases, how ever accurate that may or may not be is irrelevant. If the regime remains in Iran and is controlling and or profiting from traffic through SOH, it’s a massive defeat for US.
@Nothingbrain4@zerohedge “Kicked out” because the bases are almost useless and because the US has no appetite for protecting GCC that prefer peace with Iran vs cooperation with US/Israel. US (military) exit from ME is long overdue.
@Nothingbrain4@zerohedge Dramatic reduction or closing of those facilities should be done immediately. Regardless whether it’s the US that wants to capitulate to Iran or if it’s the GCC that got cold feet, those bases are a waste of resources and no longer needed.
@IndiaTales7 Keep the all the McDonalds in Europe, please.
US should close bases or at the very minimum dramatically reduce military assets in Europe as soon as possible.
