We ran an analysis of the listed residential developers reporting the highest number of completed homes in their latest FY.

• @BarrattRedrow (UK) → 16,565
• Vistry Group (UK) → 15,658
• Nexity (France) → 15,371
• @PersimmonHomes (UK) → 11,905
• @TaylorWimpey (UK) → 11,229
• @altarea_groupe (France) → 10,833
• Bellway Homes (UK) → 8,749
• @Aedas Homes (Spain) → 5,211
• @BerkeleyGroupUK (UK) → 4,329
• @DomDevelopment (Poland) → 4,325
• @NeinorHomes (Spain) → 2,901

The ranking is heavily concentrated in the UK, with France also showing strong scale.

Spain and Poland make the list, but at materially lower volumes.

The broader takeaway is simple: Europe does not have a uniform housing delivery machine. Some markets have large developers with the scale, land pipeline and operating model to produce homes continuously. Others remain far more fragmented, slower and less scalable.
