Last week, alongside @RWSLJa , I was proud to join residents of Stepney, St. Ann, for the groundbreaking of a new $140 million rainwater catchment tank that will provide more reliable access to potable water for the community.

This investment is about more than infrastructure; it is about improving lives, strengthening resilience, and ensuring that development delivers real benefits to our people.
