#AlexJones isn't a champion of #1A & #2A. He's a #traitor on the level of Benedict Arnold.

The shocking Truth is that #AlexJones purposely threw the Connecticut #SandyHook defamation cases with his *very first* responsive pleadings (by *twice* failing to claim federal question jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 1331 for #1A SLAPP suits he removed to federal court).

The #SandyHook lawsuits would have been disposed of in short order in federal court under NYT Co. v. Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964), *if* #AlexJones had simply claimed "federal question jurisdiction".

But #AlexJones #SandyHookParents & #DOJ wanted to create a massive $1.43B free~speech~chilling default judgment.

I've spent the past 18 months pursuing (and litigating) a public case to expose the #AlexJones #SandyHook #DOJ treasonous conspiracy against #1A & #2A.

First, you're an admitted liar. In court filings, no less. (See Page 47 of your June 2023 Connecticut Appellate Brief in the Lafferty #SandyHook case and attached "Confessions" meme.)

Second, if you were set up, why didn't you fire your Randazza attorneys after the Lafferty #SandyHook case was remanded back to state court, from federal court, for lack of subject matter jurisdiction in a First Amendment case ?? You had to have paid a lot of money for the well~crafted Anti~SLAPP Special Motion to Dismiss you filed in federal court that was rendered moot by the simple (and deliberate) failure to claim federal question jurisdiction.

You didn't just not fire Randazza, Alex, you filed a motion and affidavit begging the state court to allow you to keep Randazza as counsel after the remand and despite the fact that he was disqualified by the Connecticut state court because his Nevada license was under suspension.

Third, if you were set up, why didn't you welcome my March 2025 attempted intervention in your Chapter 7 bankruptcy to expose the fraud ??

Fourth, why, in your Petition for Certiorari to #SCOTUS in Case No. 25~268, did you fail to disclose the case caption & number for the removed & remanded Lafferty federal case, No. 3:18-cv-01156, in violation of Supreme Court Rule 14.1(b)(iii), if not for the simple reason that a brief review of the Lafferty U.S. District Court remand file would promptly reveal unequivocal evidence of your collusion and treasonous fraud ??

Fifth, why aren't any of your attorney buddies regularly appearing on your show, defending you, and claiming you're a victim, namely, @barnes_law, @thevivafrei, @IvanRaiklin, and @RenzTom, willing to debate me on the simple issue of whether you, Alex Jones, threw the Connecticut defamation cases with your very first responsive pleadings in July 2018 ??

I'll reiterate my offer and challenge to appear on your show for a debate/discussion with you and as many attorneys as wish to have with you (you must have at least one). My only other stipulations are: (1) that the interview/discussion be streamed live, and (2) that, upon request, you will promptly provide me a full, unedited copy of the original interview/discussion livestream.

If you're the patriot you claim to be, Alex, then you should welcome me on your show to address/clear up this matter. As I'm sure you will agree, the public has a right to know the Truth concerning this matter of great public importance.
