May have been a run of the mill nasty divorce and the mother used the kid as leverage. Assumptions are not facts, folks. What if your son was the Dad?!!

@Eye4anEye2024 @bluelivesmtr Maybe that’s the case. But the court decides that - it’s not for the mom to decide for herself. If indeed the mother or daughter is in jeopardy, she’d likely get sole custody and could then move wherever she wanted. But she didn’t follow the law.

@SOM8400 @bluelivesmtr It IS a crime. The mother doesn’t get to decide for herself whether she’s entitled to full custody. That’s for a judge to decide. So easy to say she was abused and -boom - she’s free to do whatever she wants.
