The United States is not a Christian nation. In fact, Jefferson, Franklin and Madison were NOT Christian. The Treaty of Tripoli specifically states “the Government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion.”
The United States is legally a SECULAR Republic. Yes, lots of Christians live here, but the U.S. is welcoming to all religions and to those without religion. If everyone suddenly abandoned Christian religions it wouldn’t have an impact on the values of this nation.
For some reason this is hard for some to grasp. Probably the same group who wants to ban burning the U.S. flag and other forms of free speech.

This is a district drawn by Republicans to pack Democratic voters into one gerrymandered district. You’re literally making the opposite point that you think you’re making.
