@ThoughtCrimes80 Took my pregnant wife to the ER a few weeks ago. Had a surface blood clot in her leg and we wanted to be safe. Saw a doctor for a few minutes, lab tech did an ultrasound of her leg. Wasn't dangerous and there was nothing to do. Dr $150, ultrasound $100, facility $1,500.
@HusKerrs Love your wife. No matter how tired you are, make sure she knows it.
In our house, if the baby cries at night my wife only gets up if it's feeding time. If it's not feeding time, that was my time with the baby. #4 & #5 on the way and it has worked for us.
@TheMrDangerous@rufusk@dasanil ~25 years ago I mowed a lot of lawns and invested in my first mutual fund while my friends were buying Pokemon cards. Opened a brokerage account around the same time. Yes, I needed $1k for the mutual fund, but the brokerage account had a low minimum. The barrier wasn't that high.
@moseskagan@DavidJLaw5@shawngorham Anything close to the city square has a crazy premium. Go 2-4 miles away and it's half the cost per sq ft.
This for example is 3 miles from the square and is twice the house as the other example for less: https://t.co/OHSMDjyg5f
@twallyweb Building an SFR spec home right now with a local bank financing the project at:
β’ 80% loan to appraised value (not cost)
β’ WSJ prime + 25 bps
β’ 0.5% origination fee
That loan covers the entire cost of the build.
@RolfOptions@RolfOptions in your section explaining call options, it reads cleaner if you delete the first, "the neighbor exercises their right to buy at $310,000," in scenario one as well as the first, "the neighbor died not exercise their right to buy " in scenario 2. See screenshot.
