@SouthwestAir Because we chose to fly with our luggage for our cruise. It’s honestly unbelievable how bad the customer service is at SDF. A super small request in light of the extreme mishap on your part by not being prepared. You’d think I would learn.

@SouthwestAir To take care of the “airport” issue. So I have to reschedule a flight for 11 hours later. My boarding position now is terrible. When I asked for a complementary upgrade so my wife and I could sit together…now we have “policy” that doesn’t allow for the upgrade
