With the crushing amount of car traffic that Cape Cod sees, it begs the question why we haven’t revived Amtrak’s previous Cape Codder service? There are so many license plates from NY and NJ, so why not enable them to take the train instead?
The Cape and Islands are lovely, but at what point is the traffic hassle just not worth it? Today's Starting Point wrestles with the big question. https://t.co/sZFDGOLT1D

I want to thank @RonDurk, @ClrHenrySantana, @jessekb, @AbundantHomesMA, and others that led the panel today for removing parking minimums in Boston.
Young adults across Greater Boston are hopeful that it will pass and hopeful that it’s a sign of more zoning changes to come!
"There's this misconception that no parking minimums means there's no parking. We are trying to get to a place where there's flexibility in the system, so places where you need more parking you can have more parking & places where you need less, you can have less."

If you live near Davis Square, please express your support for this project that would allow many more families to live in the neighborhood! It would be immensely positive for small businesses and the city’s tax revenue!
Super excited to be here for this morning’s hearing on removing minimum parking requirements in Boston! @AbundantHomesMA lead @jessekb and @RonDurk are present!
Imagine how well the Hartford Line would do if we encouraged massive transit-oriented developments around stations. Also, imagine how much revenue the developments would bring in!
