@elonmusk There is an extreme minority of individuals that have paved this path. Somehow, the majority of people have been duped into believing the path would be good. People need to question the assumed wisdom of our leaders. Try not to be sad.

I suggest producing an adapter similar to the CCS to Tesla (but in reverse). Serialize the adapter, and allow users to open Tesla accounts for payment.
Following up with Letter to 'corporate secretary'.
@GOBIGORANGEVOLS@elonmusk@Tesla An adapter would, overnight, open access to most/all of the supercharger network, which is a lot more valuable if you are traveling distances, say, outside of the New York area. The adapter also allows Tesla to better understand the potential for congestion.
@GOBIGORANGEVOLS@elonmusk@Tesla New York wants superchargers to be fitted with a standardized connector... I think their pressure to do so is unwise as it would only open access to a few of the many chargers in the network (might as well just charge at home, like you should be doing anyway).
@GOBIGORANGEVOLS@elonmusk@Tesla Turning an existing asset, like Tesla's supercharger network, into a revenue producing asset can IMO, can only benefit the community. And I do think it would go a long way toward Tesla's stated purpose "to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy".
@GOBIGORANGEVOLS@elonmusk@Tesla These aren't my intentions per se, since the state of New York and it's electrical regulators are applying the pressure. There are benefits to producing serialized adapters with Tesla accounts...
