@subliminalman @TylerGlaiel Strangely enough, I've stumbled across a bug like this in an older Assassin's Creed where I must've been standing on a scene divide or something; As suddenly, a mass of guards just spawned in the same spot, pushing each-other, causing many to fall off the roof to their deaths!

@graggunslinger In my experience you pretty much always want a manager and if you have some kind of global thing you almost always want some kind of write protection on it (create a read only version that's global while keeping the actual variable protected)

@Lanroed It would likely get tied to Canadian content laws, which currently don't affect online content. The government wouldn't bother with an initiative like this without ensuring that it was used and useful to them. There are several ways I could see it being implemented.

@Lanroed Probably not unless you want the government to control the internet, which right now most people are against locking that down.

@Lanroed From my understanding public tv started when there were basically no channels as a way to create space for local media as a public service and to act as a broadcast system for government. Stems from radio. With the wide adoption if internet I doubt this would happen for online.
