@Archer_Ventris @DontSayHotlanta @kylegriffin1 @MSNBC I think it has less to do with the morality or logic of the two cases, and more on which legal precedent and arguments were used. Same sex marriage was argued on procedural due process, like roe & the other Thomas mentioned, whereas interracial marriage was argued on substantive.
