A corrupting hue of indigo stains this land ... a spark remains, waiting to ignite once more.

Everybody goes at their own pace but absolutely NOBODY is asking you to spend thousands of dollars to get a foot in the door

When I booked my first paid gig I spent:

$300 on gear
$0 on a demo
$0 on classes
$0 on networking
$0 on studio rent

Let's break it down

🧵(1/10)

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@MeggieEliseVA Thank you! 😄

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

Looks like we got the all-clear! I'm glad to say I had the chance to lend my voice as a villager in Gaia Crisis! 😁

[InvertMouse @InvertMouse]

Hi everyone! We’re happy to introduce our new game, Gaia Crisis, an action-horror title that takes place 1000 years after Clea. It’s the spiritual conclusion to the War Maiden saga but can be enjoyed as a standalone experience.

Hope you can check it out 😊!

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@KiraBuckland [MISSILE ALERT] is just a perpetual part of the soundtrack. 😆

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@JuneYoon_ I'm just posting this one for the love of the puns. I'll figure out another one for the IG post. XD

[June Yoon | 윤준 @JuneYoon_]

I have damaged you with dad jokes for years. It is now your turn.

And you might win one of these Kim Kaphwan badges in the process. 😏

Here's one for the road (say it out loud):
What starts with W and ends with T. Yep.

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@calebyen I used to live in Ohio and Kentucky. You could hear the annual ones screeching in the trees pretty much every summer. And then there were the 17-year broods. There would be millions of them.

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@davebisson Yakuza Like a Dragon is an excellent choice. Such a lovable gang of crazy misfits!

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@melissamedinavo Cygames, Arc System Works, and Capcom come immediately to mind!

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@melissamedinavo I have no idea what goes through the minds of folks who enter a coaching session with a mindset that's basically "I'm not going to listen."

It's just walling oneself off from an opportunity to learn more cool stuff!

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

Hey, this guy sounds familiar…

Let’s go, @JuneYoon_!

[FATAL FURY: City of the Wolves @FATALFURY_PR]

@JuneYoon_ That one second inflicts wounds on the soul. X_X

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@MaryHellScream Gief players have a level of evil in them that makes them laugh evilly a bit every time these kinds of rounds happen.

Source: I was a Gief player. 🤣

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@jcuevasva @swannsvoice I…have the wrong type of bow for that. XD

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@swannsvoice @jcuevasva I was about to say, I must also pick my bow back up. XD

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

@melissamedinavo The original key? Oh goodness… 😅

[Ryan Gimm @RyanGimmVO]

Also, music! Saxophone and piano!
