🚨 Buyer beware if you purchase branded collectibles or toys on eBay.

I recently bought NeeDoh Jelly Squish toys from an eBay listing that appeared to be selling authentic products. What happened next completely changed my confidence in buying branded items on eBay.

Guys! I need help - Harper from Greenfield Ohio got a one our footballs a couple years ago when we launched the company and it has popped recently.

Harper made me a wallet out of the remains of the football and I want to send a new one, but the return address was unreadable.

The part of the return address that I did see doesn’t match up with any address in our system so I need the parents name that ordered it.

Maybe Twitter can help by doing its thing?
