@amazon @AmazonHelp just had one of your agents hang up on me. Ordered item on 1/20, promised delivery by 1/24. Delivery date keeps getting pushed back and now I can't even cancel the order and try again.

@AmazonHelp I ended up ordering direct from the sellers website and now I'm being to told I can't cancel the order even though it still hasn't shipped yet. I was not offered a refund or any compensation that was comparable. They item was $21+ and I was offered a $5 credit.
