In 2019 can there be more ppl that value honesty and integrity? I picked up my car today after the shop had fixed two parts. But I also walked out with 6 additional broken and malfunctioning parts. Do it right the first time, and if you mess up speak up and communicate.

It’s been 6 months and 11 days since I had Tommy John surgery and over 7 months since I last threw a baseball. Today I got the best early Christmas present ever...clearance to start throwing once again. I still have a long haul but I’m not giving up.
