@patrickbetdavid All it takes is a spark. I once had a struggling Sailor who was close to being separated. I gave him a simple task. He crushed it, and I told him so. That small moment sparked his confidence. He went on to become one of our best-performing Sailors. Sometimes, belief is the spark.
