This is both naive and idiotic. You can’t achieve peace with people who don’t want it.

The Islamic Republic is only interested in survival and time to launch more attacks. There is no close deal. And he’s making one less likely by giving them the perception that escalations will only go one way and their survival is no longer at stake.

If you’re going to let them get away with launching missiles because of a strike on a terror proxy in another country, then they no longer need to give up anything substantive.

Trump is so desperate for a deal that he’s making one less likely because Tehran thinks they have all the cards.

Trump has been doing this thing for a month where he pretends they are days away from a deal while Tehran just keeps adding more demands and getting more aggressive. He’s hurting his own cause.

They had a chance at a deal early on but then he, at Pakistan’s urging, agreed to a ceasefire with no conditions. Now the IRGC thinks they can fire missiles without any repercussions because they know Trump doesn’t want to restart the war at almost any cost. This will keep getting worse.

Any deal he gets under these circumstances will be a bad one because the IRGC won’t agree to anything substantive. They need to regain leverage and make it clear they won’t dictate the terms. Or Trump will have lost the war and will also pay a political cost for it.

If you actually look at the history of what Hunter Biden was doing in Ukraine, Burisma was a pro-Russian company controlled by a pro-Russian oligarch.

Hunter Biden sat on Burisma’s board from 2014 to 2019. The  company’s owner, oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky, served as Ukraine’s natural resources minister between 2010 and 2012 - under President Viktor Yanukovych, the pro-Russia Ukrainian leader who fled to Russia after the 2014 Maidan revolution.

So Hunter Biden was tied to the Yanukovych, pro-Russian faction within internal Ukrainian politics.

Then he gets rehabilitated on Candace’s show right before Candace heads to Russia.

Twenty-two dead dolphins were found along the Odesa region coastline in a single day - 20 harbour porpoises, one bottlenose dolphin, and one common dolphin.

Experts say this is the highest number of dead cetaceans recorded in a single day since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. They warn that the true scale of the tragedy may be far greater, as many animals die in the open sea and never wash ashore.

According to the Tuzly Lagoons National Nature Park, the deaths are linked to the consequences of the war: explosions, sonar activity from military vessels, missile launches, and oil pollution, all of which are damaging the Black Sea ecosystem.

Defense priorities is the media arm of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. It was founded by Koch and Soros. One of its cofounders is also Trita Parsi one of the architects of Obama’s Iran Nuclear Deal.

On 1/15/25, Trump posted on Truth Social listing people and groups his administration would not hire, explicitly from including anyone associated with Charles Koch.

DNI explicitly ignored that and hired people directly from there.

Since then, there have been 15 months of intelligence leaks. All of them in favor of authoritarian regimes from Venezuela to Iran.

Despite promises, not one leak has been publicly identified by DNI.

The only leaker that was identified was done so by Pete Hegseth, and fired only to be rehired by DNI.

Quincy has never met an authoritarian regime they don’t shill for.

Ukraine‘s president Zelenskyy in an interview with Skynews disclosed that Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich came to Kyiv, Ukraine. This secret meeting took place recently and Zelenskyy made clear that Ukraine is not going to surrender any parts of Ukraine, including Donbas. Zelenskyy said that the only compromise he is willing to take is an unconditional ceasefire.

This are interesting news. Abramovich would have never come to Kyiv if this wasn’t sanctioned by Putin. In other words, Putin blinked.
