Teams won start testing the new 2028 INDYCAR until after the 2027 season. INDYCAR VP Mike O'Gara goes through the testing timeline that starts today with initial tests on the IMS road course with Alexander Rossi today and Alex Palou tomorrow. Won't test in rain but will in damp.
