@LiseMK @TorrensJonathan It’s an organization called Park Run, it’s free to join, very social (coffee afterwards at Delta Hotel) and it’s a 5k every Saturday at 9am beginning at Peace Officers Memorial on Southside green, next to the small craft aquatic centre.

Park Run has chapters all over the world!
