I wish people would stop equating furlough as financial support for hospitality it’s not, it’s actually a cost. Oh yeah the grant; equivalent of half a Saturdays days takings. VAT cut, we saved a bunch on all takings we didn’t take whilst not trading. 🙄@AlexReilley1 @EssexPR

botswana, which had 0 new cases today is on the 'red list', meaning if you come from there and don't quarantine in a hotel (costing £2k) you can get 10 years in jail

BUT the US, which has had 96,460 new cases today is....not.
