Restore discipline. Show some backbone and expel students that habitually damage the learning of others.
Teach content instead of skills.
Set objective performance standards rooted in content mastery that bend for nothing - not race, not gender, not bad days, not language learners, not anything else.
Let students fail if they don’t meet the standards.
